The Real Problem With Home Business

The problem with being involved with Home Business or MLM is that 95% of people don't have a business background so they fail. With a system in place anybody can succeed.

As a home business entrepreneur we end up riding a roller coaster of emotions. We get started and we are so excited. Thoughts of prosperity and answers to life's problems are finally gonna be answered, or so we thought. We are then faced with the harsh reality of struggle , pain and confusion of why it's not working. You do everything your upline mentor counsels you to do. From flying and driving all over the country for seminars, showing one on one presentations, house meetings and making lists of all the people you know and calling them to see if they have there options open.

We've all been there, and the pain it creates for 95% of people is having people avoid you in public, friends don't call anymore, your family wonders when your gonna quit and reminds you of your failures every time you see them. Is this anyway to live your life?!

Yes, there' s lots of rejection in this industry but I believe most of this pain can be avoided.

I personally have had all this happen to me and then some. I remember a couple times I came to pick up follow-up kits I had left with a prospect and one had a knife through it and the other had been lit on fire with the ashes in a bag. This is where I had to come to a halt and look back as to why after 5yrs in this business have I had minimal to no results as well as having feelings of being all alone in my journey and in this industry.

Well I started to do my home work and I ran across several so called "gurus" in Home Business. One of the refreshing things I would always hear is that they would never call leads. Their leads called them and with credit card in hand. I thought this was crazy talk but it wasn't.

I found out its all about 5 main rules:

1. You have to establish yourself as a leader before anybody will follow you and that's done through posture and confidence. One of the examples he gave was of him turning down people to join him because they didn't meet up to his standards.


2. You have to add value to people before they will ever trust you. You have to give away priceless information that will profit them more than it will ever profit you in your business. A servants mentality.


3. You have to get your attitude right and that all starts with your input which creates your thoughts. Its about establishing a positive reality for yourself.


4. You have to have a system in place that allows you to create leads on a daily basis. Note, I did not say buy leads. You have to have a system that brings them to you 24/7.


5. Consistency, now this one should be obvious but how many times have you really stayed with a method for over a year? Hardly anybody will do that because it takes doing it even when you don't want to.

There is no Free lunch in Home Business, just like any other business, it take's alot of work. Don't give up find the methods that accomplish these 5 steps and be consistent for 1yr.
